The forgotten children's series with 4 colorful characters is "The Wuzzles." This animated television series featured a group of hybrid animals that were part one animal and part another, such as Bumblelion (a mix of a bumblebee and a lion) and Eleroo (a mix of an elephant and a kangaroo). The show aired in the mid-1980s but has since faded into obscurity, making it a forgotten gem for those who remember it. **
